I wanted to start this blog as a way to distill the information I’ve gained over the years from reading books and articles on nutrition and trying to figure out what diet approach works best for me. I’m not a scientist or nutrition expert, but I want to share what I’ve learned on these topics as well as provide resources that I’ve personally found helpful.

Along with food and diet usually comes a focus on aesthetic goals, but what I want to offer here is an informational toolkit that can be used to figure out what diet approach works best for you not only physically, but mentally and emotionally.
