Tastes like a brownie in a single serving that you can enjoy anytime!
Ingredients:
- Unsweetened cocoa powder
- Almond meal flour
- Lakanto monk fruit sweetener
- Egg whites
- Grass fed butter
- Baking powder
Directions:
- I mix and cook everything in a glass mug:
- 1 teaspoon softened butter (I microwave it in the mug for 10 seconds)
- 2.5 tablespoons almond flour
- 1.5 – 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1 tablespoon sweetener
- 2 tablespoons egg whites
- dash of baking powder
- Mix together in mug and microwave for 1 min 10 secs.
- Sprinkle the sweetener on top and enjoy!
