2 Min. Brownie Muffin

Tastes like a brownie in a single serving that you can enjoy anytime!

Ingredients:

  • Unsweetened cocoa powder
  • Almond meal flour
  • Lakanto monk fruit sweetener
  • Egg whites
  • Grass fed butter
  • Baking powder

Directions:

  • I mix and cook everything in a glass mug:
  • 1 teaspoon softened butter (I microwave it in the mug for 10 seconds)
  • 2.5 tablespoons almond flour
  • 1.5 – 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 1 tablespoon sweetener
  • 2 tablespoons egg whites
  • dash of baking powder
  • Mix together in mug and microwave for 1 min 10 secs.
  • Sprinkle the sweetener on top and enjoy!
