Ingredients:
- Almond meal flour
- Lakanto peanut butter powder (or any PB powder you prefer)
- Grass fed butter
- Lakanto monk fruit sweetener
- Baking powder
- Egg whites
Directions:
- I mix and cook all the ingredients in a glass mug:
- 1 teaspoon softened butter (I just microwave in the mug for 10 seconds)
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter powder
- 2.5 tablespoons almond flour
- 1 tablespoon sweetener
- 2 tablespoons egg whites
- dash of baking powder
- Mix together and microwave for 1 min 10 secs.
- Sprinkle some sweetener on top and add any other topping (like a dark chocolate square) Enjoy!
