High protein/low carb egg white wrap that takes minutes to make!

Ingredients:
- Half tablespoon almond flour
- 6-8 tablespoons liquid egg whites
Directions:
- Spray frying pan and put on medium heat
- Mix flour and egg whites
- Cook on each side until it starts to brown
- Let cool and sprinkle on sea salt
- Add in any vegetables/proteins you want and enjoy!

Calories/macros include the wrap only. I added in mixed greens, halibut, balsamic vinaigrette, and pico de gallo – great as a wrap or salad!
