Egg White Wrap

High protein/low carb egg white wrap that takes minutes to make!

Ingredients:

  • Half tablespoon almond flour
  • 6-8 tablespoons liquid egg whites

Directions:

  • Spray frying pan and put on medium heat
  • Mix flour and egg whites
  • Cook on each side until it starts to brown
  • Let cool and sprinkle on sea salt
  • Add in any vegetables/proteins you want and enjoy!

Calories/macros include the wrap only. I added in mixed greens, halibut, balsamic vinaigrette, and pico de gallo – great as a wrap or salad!
