Cinnamon Mug Cake

Tasty treat single-serving mug cake recipe!

Ingredients:

  • Almond meal flour
  • Grass-fed butter
  • Sweetener
  • Egg whites
  • Cinnamon
  • Baking powder

Directions:

  • Mix ingredients in glass mug:
  • 2 tablespoons almond meal flour
  • 1 teaspoon butter
  • 2 tablespoons egg whites
  • Dash of baking powder
  • Dash of cinnamon
  • 2 servings of sweetener (I used liquid sweetener; can substitute with sweetener of choice)
  • Microwave for 1 minute to 1 minute 10 seconds
  • Add topping of choice and enjoy! (I added cool whip and chilled for a few minutes)
