

Tasty treat single-serving mug cake recipe!
Ingredients:
- Almond meal flour
- Grass-fed butter
- Sweetener
- Egg whites
- Cinnamon
- Baking powder
Directions:
- Mix ingredients in glass mug:
- 2 tablespoons almond meal flour
- 1 teaspoon butter
- 2 tablespoons egg whites
- Dash of baking powder
- Dash of cinnamon
- 2 servings of sweetener (I used liquid sweetener; can substitute with sweetener of choice)
- Microwave for 1 minute to 1 minute 10 seconds
- Add topping of choice and enjoy! (I added cool whip and chilled for a few minutes)
